Pathways to Jobs & Careers Program  

BHI’s Pathways to Jobs & Careers Program provides critical employment opportunities and supportive services for HACLA youth ages 14–24. The program connects youth with career coaching and job readiness workshops to provide the path to paid work experience. The ultimate goal is to equip youth with the skills, confidence, and professional networks needed to thrive in today’s workforce.
