Program Director
The Program Director is responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and oversight of Build Hope Inc.’s (BHI) key program initiatives. This role leads program development in alignment with BHI’s strategic priorities: education advancement, digital equity, and community resource resiliency and manages daily operations, staffing, partner engagement, and outcome measurement.

The BHI Employment Specialist plays a pivotal role in guiding public housing youth within the City of Los Angeles toward successful career paths. This position focuses on providing comprehensive support to young individuals as they explore their professional aspirations, establish clear goals, pinpoint their strengths, and formulate actionable plans to achieve their objectives.

Career Coach
The BHI Career Coach helps City of Los Angeles public housing residents navigate their career path, setting goals, identifying strengths, and developing action plans to achieve their professional aspirations. They work with diverse clients, offering personalized support and guidance through various career-related stages, from job readiness, to internships and job searching, to professional development.
Digital Literacy & Learning Lab Coordinator
The Coordinator will support the delivery of digital literacy programming at BHI Computer Learning Centers (CLCs), helping residents who reside in HACLA affordable housing complexes develop digital skills through coaching, training, and structured learning sessions. This role includes managing computer lab activities, providing individual and small group instruction, and supporting outreach and engagement efforts.
Digital Literacy Instructor
Our Digital Literacy instructors empower K-12 youth and senior citizens with essential technology skills through engaging workshops in English and Spanish. This temporary role combines curriculum development, community outreach, and hands-on teaching to support participants in building confidence and safety online.
