Marguerite brings over 20 years of experience in workforce development, community engagement, and systems change across nonprofit, healthcare, and public sectors. Her background includes senior leadership roles at organizations such as United Way of Greater Los Angeles, Blue Shield of California Promise Plan, and Jewish Vocational Service, where she led multi-million dollar initiatives to improve health outcomes, expand economic mobility, and strengthen community coalitions. Most recently, she served as Program Manager at the Center for Caregiver Advancement, where she implemented cross-functional systems to improve workforce development outcomes for caregivers across the state.
